1. COMPLIANCE WITH UNITED STATES LAWS

allwidefeed welcomes advertisements globally; however, all ad content, 
services, products, and destination links must strictly comply with 
all applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States.

Strictly Prohibited Content:
- Illegal drugs, illegal pharmaceuticals, or controlled substances.
- Illegal weapons, explosive materials, or dangerous equipment.
- Fraudulent schemes, scams, deceptive practices, or phishing attempts.
- Unlawful adult content, exploitation, or non-consensual media.
- Hate speech, harassment, violent extremism, or illegal threats.
- Malware, spyware, viruses, or malicious scripts.


2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & TAKEDOWNS

- The account creating the advertisement is fully and solely 
  responsible for all media uploaded.
- Upon receiving a copyright or trademark takedown request, 
  allwidefeed will verify ownership rights before executing an ad 
  takedown or taking action against the publishing account.


3. APPROVAL, STATUS & EDITING RULES

- Ads go live automatically immediately upon successful checkout and 
  payment confirmation.
- Locked Media: Once created, Title, Description, and Attached Footage 
  cannot be modified or edited.
- The only permitted change post-creation is purchasing additional view 
  top-ups.
- allwidefeed reserves the right to suspend or remove any ad that 
  violates United States laws or this policy.


4. TRACKING, DATABASE MANAGEMENT & REFUNDS

- Views and impressions are calculated and managed automatically by the 
  allwidefeed internal database.
- Takedowns Under 7 Days: If an ad is taken down for a policy 
  violation or user request within 7 days of creation, fees are 
  NON-REFUNDABLE.
- High-Value Exception: A refund for an ad removed within 7 days of 
  creation will ONLY be granted if the total recalled value exceeds 
  $30,000 USD for that specific advertisement.
- Takedowns After 7 Days: All ad creation fees, view purchases, and 
  media fees are strictly non-refundable after 7 days under any 
  circumstance.


5. TARGETING & USER PRIVACY

- Ads are broad-broadcast across the feed and are not target-filtered 
  by user demographics or regions as of right now.
- Advertisers are strictly forbidden from collecting illegal personal 
  data or using unauthorized tracking code.


6. ADVERTISER LIABILITY & GOVERNING LAW
-------------------------------------------------------------------
- Advertisers assume 100% legal, civil, and financial responsibility 
  for their advertisements and destination links.
- Governing Law: State of Florida, United States.
