# ALLWIDEFEED CORP ## ALLWIDEFEED PREMIUM POLICY **Effective Date:** october 16th 2026 **Last Updated:** october 16th 2026 ### 1. Overview ALLWIDEFEED PREMIUM is the paid subscription service offered by **ALLWIDEFEED CORP**. Premium is designed to provide subscribers with an enhanced ALLWIDEFEED experience, primarily through the removal of advertisements from their feed. By purchasing or using ALLWIDEFEED PREMIUM, you agree to this Premium Policy in addition to all other applicable ALLWIDEFEED CORP policies and terms. ### 2. Premium Subscription ALLWIDEFEED PREMIUM is available as a **single monthly subscription**. The current subscription price is: **$2.99 USD per month.** There is currently no annual Premium subscription. Users may subscribe to ALLWIDEFEED PREMIUM at any time, provided their account is eligible to purchase the service. ### 3. Premium Benefit The primary benefit of ALLWIDEFEED PREMIUM is the ability to **remove advertisements from the user's feed**. Once Premium becomes active, applicable advertisements will no longer be displayed in the user's feed. Premium does not prevent users from seeing ordinary posts, content, profiles, or other material that is not an advertisement. ALLWIDEFEED CORP may introduce additional Premium benefits in the future. ### 4. Automatic Renewal ALLWIDEFEED PREMIUM is a recurring monthly subscription. Unless cancelled, the subscription will automatically renew at **$2.99 USD per month** using the user's applicable payment method. Users are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and ensuring that their subscription is cancelled when they no longer wish to continue Premium. ### 5. Cancellation Users may cancel their ALLWIDEFEED PREMIUM subscription at any time. Cancelling a subscription will prevent the next renewal but will **not immediately remove Premium access**. After cancellation, the user will continue to receive Premium benefits through the remainder of the period that has already been paid for. Once that period ends, the account will return to the standard ALLWIDEFEED experience. ### 6. Refund Policy ALLWIDEFEED PREMIUM purchases are generally **non-refundable**. However, users may request a refund within **48 hours (2 calendar days) of the purchase date**. Refund requests submitted after this 48-hour period generally will not qualify for a refund, except where ALLWIDEFEED CORP determines that an exception is appropriate or where required by applicable law. A refund may result in the immediate termination of the associated Premium benefits. ### 7. Account Enforcement ALLWIDEFEED PREMIUM does not exempt a user from any ALLWIDEFEED CORP rules, policies, community standards, or enforcement actions. Premium subscribers are subject to the same applicable platform rules as other ALLWIDEFEED users. If an account is suspended, restricted, or permanently terminated, the user's ability to use ALLWIDEFEED PREMIUM may also be suspended or terminated. **Premium is not a protection against account enforcement.** ### 8. Changes to Premium ALLWIDEFEED CORP may modify, improve, expand, replace, or introduce Premium benefits from time to time. The Premium service may therefore change as ALLWIDEFEED develops and improves its platform. ALLWIDEFEED CORP may also introduce additional Premium features or benefits in the future. Where appropriate, users may be notified of material changes to the Premium service or its terms. ### 9. Subscription Eligibility ALLWIDEFEED PREMIUM is available only to eligible ALLWIDEFEED accounts. ALLWIDEFEED CORP may restrict or refuse Premium access where necessary to comply with applicable law, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce platform rules, or protect the integrity and security of the service. ### 10. No Transfer or Resale Unless ALLWIDEFEED CORP expressly provides otherwise, Premium access is associated with the account that purchased the subscription. Premium subscriptions may not be transferred, sold, or resold independently of the associated ALLWIDEFEED account. ### 11. Service Availability While ALLWIDEFEED CORP intends to provide Premium benefits continuously, temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues, outages, security measures, or circumstances outside the company's reasonable control. ALLWIDEFEED CORP does not guarantee that every Premium feature will be available without interruption at all times. ### 12. Policy Changes ALLWIDEFEED CORP may update this Premium Policy from time to time. Updates may be made to reflect changes to Premium, the ALLWIDEFEED platform, applicable laws, security requirements, or business practices. Continued use of ALLWIDEFEED PREMIUM following an applicable policy update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy, subject to any notice or consent requirements required by applicable law. ### 13. Relationship to Other ALLWIDEFEED Policies This Premium Policy supplements, and does not replace, the other applicable ALLWIDEFEED CORP policies and terms. Where a matter is not specifically addressed by this Premium Policy, the applicable ALLWIDEFEED CORP terms, policies, and rules will continue to apply. ### 14. Acceptance By purchasing or continuing to use ALLWIDEFEED PREMIUM, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to this Premium Policy and the applicable ALLWIDEFEED CORP terms and policies. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not purchase or continue using ALLWIDEFEED PREMIUM. ### 15.
