1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AllWideFeed, including the AllWideFeed website, applications, services, features, content, and other products provided by ALLWIDEFEED CORP (“AllWideFeed,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
ALLWIDEFEED CORP is a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
By accessing or using AllWideFeed, creating an account, or otherwise participating in the service, you agree to these Terms.
When creating an AllWideFeed account, you will be required to review these Terms and select “I Agree” before completing registration. Selecting “I Agree” constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not create an account or use AllWideFeed.
Certain publicly available content may be accessible without an account. Interactive features generally require an AllWideFeed account.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND AGE REQUIREMENTS
2.1 Minimum Age
AllWideFeed generally permits individuals who are 13 years of age or older to create and use an account, subject to applicable laws and requirements in the user's jurisdiction.
2.2 Users Under 18
Users under 18 may use AllWideFeed where permitted by the laws applicable to them.
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for determining whether a minor in their care may use AllWideFeed and for using available device, operating-system, or other parental-control tools where appropriate.
AllWideFeed does not currently provide a separate parental-control system administered by parents or guardians through the AllWideFeed platform.
Additional age restrictions may apply where required by law or for particular features.
2.3 Legal Capacity
By using AllWideFeed, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirements and have the legal capacity required to enter into these Terms under applicable law.

3. ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION
3.1 Account Requirement
An account is generally required to participate in AllWideFeed's interactive features.
Some public content or features may be accessible without an account.
3.2 Required Information
Account registration currently requires:
* Username;
* Email address;
* Date of birth; and
* Password.
Users are responsible for providing accurate registration information.
3.3 Real Names
AllWideFeed does not generally require users to use their legal or real-world name as their username or display name.
Users may use a username that does not correspond to their legal name, provided that the account otherwise complies with these Terms.
3.4 Account Security
Users are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect their account credentials.
If you believe someone has accessed your account without authorization, you should contact AllWideFeed for assistance.
3.5 Account Sharing
Users may voluntarily share access to their accounts with other people.
Users should consider the security and privacy risks of sharing account credentials.
Activity conducted through an account may generally be associated with that account, subject to applicable law and investigations into unauthorized access.
3.6 Accurate Information
Users must not knowingly provide materially false or misleading registration information.
Users should maintain accurate information such as their email address and date of birth where reasonably necessary for account operation, security, recovery, or legal compliance.
3.7 Usernames
A username may be assigned to one account at a time.
Users may change their usernames subject to AllWideFeed's available username system.
The current username-change limit is one change every five (5) days.
AllWideFeed may change, restrict, reclaim, or remove usernames when reasonably necessary, including because of impersonation, abuse, security concerns, violations of these Terms, or legal requirements.
3.8 Impersonation
Users may not intentionally impersonate another person, organization, business, public figure, or other entity in a misleading or deceptive manner.
AllWideFeed may require a user to change account information or may take other enforcement action when impersonation occurs.
3.9 Account Transfers
An AllWideFeed account may be transferred with AllWideFeed's assistance.
AllWideFeed may require information necessary to verify the transfer and establish new account access information, including a new email address.
AllWideFeed may refuse or delay a transfer where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, ownership verification, legal compliance, or other legitimate reasons.
3.10 Verification
AllWideFeed does not currently provide account verification badges as a standard feature.
3.11 Automated Accounts
Bots and unauthorized automated accounts are prohibited.
Users may not create or operate automated accounts to access or interact with AllWideFeed unless expressly authorized by AllWideFeed.

4. USER CONTENT AND POSTS
4.1 Permitted Post Formats
AllWideFeed allows users to create posts containing:
* Text;
* Photographs; and
* Videos.
Additional formats may be introduced in the future.
4.2 Ownership
Users retain ownership of the content they create and upload to AllWideFeed.
AllWideFeed does not claim ownership of a user's original content merely because that content is uploaded to the platform.
Users are responsible for maintaining their own copies of content they consider important.
4.3 License to AllWideFeed
When you upload content to AllWideFeed, you grant ALLWIDEFEED CORP a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, distribute, and technically modify that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, provide, and improve AllWideFeed.
This license does not transfer ownership of the content to AllWideFeed.
4.4 Responsibility for Content
Users are responsible for content they upload, publish, or otherwise make available through their accounts.
Users represent that they have the necessary rights, permissions, or lawful authority to publish their content.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their content complies with these Terms and applicable law.
4.5 Public and Private Posts
Users may have the ability to designate accounts or content as public or private.
Public content may be visible to other users and, depending on the feature, people who do not have an AllWideFeed account.
Private accounts or content are intended to restrict visibility to authorized followers, friends, or other users according to the applicable privacy settings.
No online service can guarantee that content will never be copied, recorded, redistributed, or captured by another person.
4.6 Sharing
Users may share posts through AllWideFeed features made available for that purpose.
Sharing does not transfer ownership of the original post to the person sharing it.
4.7 Reporting
Users may report posts, accounts, or other content through available AllWideFeed reporting systems.
Reports may be reviewed by automated systems and handled according to AllWideFeed's enforcement processes.
4.8 Editing
AllWideFeed currently does not provide a general post-editing feature.
Users may delete an existing post and create a new post when they need to replace its content.
4.9 Deleting Posts
When a user deletes a post, AllWideFeed will remove the post from applicable user-facing feeds and locations.
Due to technical processing, synchronization, caching, backups, and other systems, removal may take several minutes to several hours.
AllWideFeed may retain limited copies where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backups, or other legitimate operational purposes.
4.10 Commercial Content
Users may post lawful commercial content, including content relating to their own businesses, products, services, organizations, or projects.
AllWideFeed may provide separate advertising tools for users and businesses.
4.11 Artificial Intelligence Content
AI-generated content is not permitted on AllWideFeed unless AllWideFeed expressly authorizes a particular use or feature.
AllWideFeed may restrict or remove content that violates this requirement.
4.12 Government Requests
If an authorized government authority provides a valid and legally enforceable request requiring AllWideFeed to remove, restrict, preserve, or disclose content or information, AllWideFeed may comply as required by applicable law.
Where legally permitted, AllWideFeed may provide notice to affected users.

5. SAFETY, MODERATION, AND ENFORCEMENT
5.1 Reports
Only logged-in AllWideFeed accounts may submit platform reports through the available reporting system.
5.2 Automated Review
AllWideFeed may use automated systems to review reports, identify potential violations, organize reports, detect abuse, and assist with enforcement.
Automated systems may be supplemented by other review processes where appropriate.
5.3 Severity Levels
AllWideFeed may classify violations internally using three general severity levels:
* Normal
* Medium
* High
These classifications may consider the nature and severity of the conduct, repetition, circumstances, potential harm, security implications, and other relevant factors.
5.4 Enforcement Actions
Depending on the circumstances, AllWideFeed may take actions including:
* Warning a user;
* Removing content;
* Restricting content visibility;
* Restricting features;
* Temporarily restricting an account;
* Suspending an account;
* Terminating an account;
* Requiring changes to account information; or
* Taking other reasonable platform-security or moderation measures.
Enforcement actions are generally handled internally and are not required to be publicly displayed.
5.5 No Automatic Penalty
A report does not automatically establish that a violation occurred.
AllWideFeed may consider available information before taking action.
The same type of conduct may receive different enforcement depending on its circumstances, severity, repetition, and potential consequences.
5.6 Immediate Action
AllWideFeed may take immediate action where reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, security, or legal compliance.
Advance notice is not guaranteed.
5.7 Appeals
AllWideFeed does not currently provide a formal appeals process for content removals, suspensions, or account termination.
Users may nevertheless contact AllWideFeed Support regarding account-access problems, technical problems, or other legitimate support matters.
5.8 False or Abusive Reports
AllWideFeed may take action against users who intentionally abuse reporting systems, including coordinated or malicious reporting.
5.9 Law Enforcement
AllWideFeed may cooperate with law enforcement and other authorized authorities when required or permitted by applicable law.

6. ADULT CONTENT, SEXUAL CONTENT, AND NUDITY
AllWideFeed does not establish a blanket prohibition on adult or sexual material solely through these Terms.
However, all content and conduct must comply with applicable laws.
Content or conduct that violates applicable law may be removed, restricted, or otherwise subject to enforcement.
Nothing in these Terms permits sexual exploitation, abuse, unlawful sexual conduct, or other conduct prohibited by applicable law.
AllWideFeed may take action when it receives information indicating that content or activity may violate applicable law or create significant safety, security, or legal concerns.

7. COPYRIGHT AND DMCA
7.1 Copyright Ownership
Users are responsible for ensuring that content they upload does not unlawfully infringe another person's copyright or other intellectual-property rights.
7.2 Copyright Complaints
Copyright owners or authorized representatives may submit copyright complaints to AllWideFeed concerning allegedly infringing content.
AllWideFeed may remove, restrict, or disable access to content following receipt and review of a valid copyright complaint.
7.3 Good-Faith Complaints
Individuals submitting copyright complaints should provide truthful and accurate information and have a good-faith basis for believing that the reported use is unauthorized.
Knowingly submitting false or misleading copyright complaints may result in appropriate action.
7.4 Counter-Notices
Where applicable under copyright law, users whose content has been removed may submit a counter-notification.
AllWideFeed may process valid counter-notifications in accordance with applicable law.
7.5 Repeat Infringement
AllWideFeed may consider repeated copyright complaints when determining appropriate action.
A copyright complaint does not automatically require termination of an account.
7.6 DMCA Contact
Copyright notices and counter-notices may be submitted through the copyright/DMCA contact information designated by AllWideFeed.

8. PRIVACY
AllWideFeed maintains a separate Privacy Policy describing its collection, use, storage, disclosure, and handling of personal information.
The Privacy Policy forms part of the overall rules governing use of AllWideFeed.
Users should review the Privacy Policy before using the platform.
The Privacy Policy may contain additional information concerning privacy rights, data practices, cookies, security, retention, and other personal-information matters.

9. DIRECT MESSAGES
9.1 Text Messaging
AllWideFeed may provide direct messaging between users.
The current direct-message system supports text messages.
9.2 User Responsibility
Users are responsible for messages they send.
Messages must comply with these Terms and applicable law.
9.3 Reporting
Users may report messages through available AllWideFeed reporting features.
AllWideFeed may review reported messages using its applicable moderation and security systems.
9.4 Blocking
Users may use available blocking features to restrict another user's ability to interact with them.
9.5 Privacy
Users should not assume that communications made through an online service are completely private or incapable of being reported, reviewed, disclosed, or preserved where permitted or required by law.

10. SOCIAL FEATURES
AllWideFeed may provide social features including:
* Likes;
* Comments;
* Followers;
* Friends;
* Blocking; and
* Public or private account settings.
10.1 Likes
Users may interact with posts through available like features.
10.2 Comments
Users may comment on posts subject to these Terms and applicable platform rules.
10.3 Followers and Friends
Users may follow other users and may establish friend relationships where the applicable feature is available.
10.4 Blocking
Users may block other users through available AllWideFeed features.
10.5 Private Accounts
Users may have the ability to switch their accounts between available public and private settings.
Private settings are intended to limit access according to the functionality of the applicable feature.

11. ADVERTISING AND COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY
11.1 Advertising
AllWideFeed may provide advertising services allowing users, businesses, organizations, and other advertisers to promote lawful products, services, websites, applications, organizations, or other activities.
11.2 Ads Manager
AllWideFeed may provide a dedicated advertising management system, referred to as the AllWideFeed Ads Manager.
The Ads Manager may contain separate rules, requirements, pricing, and advertising policies.
11.3 Advertiser Responsibility
Advertisers are responsible for advertisements they submit.
Advertisers must have the necessary rights and permissions to use materials included in their advertisements.
Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that their advertisements comply with applicable law and applicable AllWideFeed advertising requirements.
11.4 Advertising Review
AllWideFeed may review, reject, restrict, suspend, or remove advertisements that violate applicable law, advertising requirements, these Terms, or other AllWideFeed policies.
11.5 Commercial Posts
Users may make lawful commercial posts without necessarily purchasing advertising services, provided that such posts comply with these Terms and applicable law.

12. PROHIBITED CONTENT AND CONDUCT
You may not use AllWideFeed for the following prohibited activities.
12.1 Violence and Threats
Threatening or intimidating another person with violence or serious harm is prohibited.
12.2 Human Trafficking and Exploitation
Human trafficking, exploitation, or facilitation of trafficking is prohibited.
12.3 Child Sexual Exploitation
Child sexual exploitation and sexual abuse material involving minors are prohibited.
12.4 Fraud and Scams
Fraudulent schemes, scams, and intentionally deceptive activities are prohibited.
12.5 Hacking and Unauthorized Access
Unauthorized access to accounts, systems, services, or computer resources is prohibited.
Malware or other activity intended to compromise systems may also be prohibited under applicable platform rules or law.
12.6 Doxxing
Maliciously exposing or distributing another person's private personal information without authorization is prohibited.
12.7 Dangerous Activities
Encouraging or facilitating dangerous activities that could reasonably result in serious physical harm is prohibited.
12.8 Harassment and Abuse
Harassment, abuse, and targeted abusive conduct are prohibited where they violate applicable AllWideFeed rules.
12.9 Repeated Unwanted Contact
Repeatedly contacting another user after being clearly asked to stop is prohibited.
12.10 Threatening or Intimidating Conduct
Threatening or intimidating users is prohibited.
12.11 Stalking
Stalking or threateningly monitoring another person is prohibited.
12.12 Encouraging Harassment
Encouraging, organizing, or directing others to harass another person is prohibited.
12.13 Private Conversations
Sharing another person's private conversations without appropriate authorization may be prohibited.
12.14 Harmful Impersonation
Impersonating another person or entity in a manner intended to harm, deceive, or mislead is prohibited.
12.15 Sexual Harassment
Sexual harassment is prohibited.
12.16 Non-Consensual Intimate Images
Sharing intimate images of another person without appropriate consent is prohibited.
12.17 Coordinated Harassment
Coordinated harassment or brigading intended to target another person is prohibited.
12.18 Phishing
Attempting to obtain passwords, login credentials, or other sensitive account information through phishing or deceptive methods is prohibited.
12.19 Ban Evasion
Circumventing an AllWideFeed suspension or termination by creating or using another account may be prohibited.
12.20 Exploiting Vulnerabilities
Knowingly exploiting technical vulnerabilities, security weaknesses, or bugs in AllWideFeed without authorization is prohibited.
12.21 Bots
Unauthorized bots and automated accounts are prohibited as described in Section 3.

13. USER RESPONSIBILITY AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Users are responsible for their own decisions and actions when using AllWideFeed.
Users are responsible for complying with laws applicable to them.
AllWideFeed does not authorize users to engage in unlawful activity merely because a particular activity is not specifically prohibited by these Terms.
Users may be subject to consequences under applicable law for their own actions.
AllWideFeed may take platform action when required or permitted by applicable law or these Terms.

14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
AllWideFeed may contain links to websites, applications, services, or other resources operated by third parties.
AllWideFeed does not necessarily control or endorse third-party services.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
AllWideFeed is not responsible for third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law.

15. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
AllWideFeed may modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features or portions of the service.
Features may change over time.
AllWideFeed does not guarantee that every feature will always remain available.
The service may occasionally become unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, security events, outages, third-party failures, or other circumstances.

16. USER ACCOUNTS AND CONTENT AVAILABILITY
AllWideFeed does not guarantee that accounts, posts, messages, followers, friends, likes, comments, or other user information will always remain available.
Users are responsible for maintaining copies of important content.
AllWideFeed may remove content or restrict accounts as permitted by these Terms, applicable policies, or law.

17. DISCLAIMERS
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AllWideFeed is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.
AllWideFeed does not guarantee that:
* the service will always be available;
* the service will always be uninterrupted;
* content will always be accurate;
* content will always remain available;
* the service will be free from errors or security vulnerabilities; or
* interactions with other users will always be safe or appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ALLWIDEFEED CORP and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of AllWideFeed.
This may include losses arising from:
* loss of content;
* account access problems;
* interactions with other users;
* service interruptions;
* unauthorized account access;
* third-party services; or
* other use of the platform.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
Any applicable limitations will be interpreted to the maximum extent permitted by law.

19. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful conduct, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
This section does not require you to indemnify AllWideFeed for matters that cannot legally be shifted to you under applicable law.

20. TERMINATION
20.1 User Termination
You may stop using AllWideFeed at any time.
You may also request deletion of your account through available account-management or support processes.
20.2 AllWideFeed Termination
AllWideFeed may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account where reasonably necessary because of:
* violation of these Terms;
* prohibited conduct;
* security concerns;
* fraud or abuse;
* legal requirements;
* threats to the platform or users; or
* other legitimate operational reasons.
20.3 Effect of Termination
After termination, you may lose access to your account, posts, messages, followers, friends, and other account information.
Certain information may remain retained where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, backups, disputes, or other legitimate purposes.
20.4 Survival
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination may continue to apply after an account is terminated, including provisions concerning ownership, licenses, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute-related provisions.

21. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
AllWideFeed may update these Terms from time to time.
When material changes are made, AllWideFeed may provide notice through the service, email, account notifications, or other reasonable methods.
The updated Terms will identify their applicable effective date.
Continued use of AllWideFeed after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by applicable law.
If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should stop using AllWideFeed.

22. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms will be governed by applicable laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal laws of the United States, except to the extent another law is required to apply to a particular user or dispute.
Any dispute-resolution provisions will be interpreted subject to applicable law.

23. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute-resolution process applicable to AllWideFeed may be established or updated in accordance with applicable law.
Where required, users will receive legally required notice concerning available courts, arbitration, jurisdiction, or other dispute-resolution procedures.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

24. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
The invalid provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally permitted.

25. NO WAIVER
If AllWideFeed does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not necessarily constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that provision later.

26. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with policies and documents expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and AllWideFeed concerning your use of the service, except where additional terms apply to specific products or services.
Additional terms may apply to specific features, including advertising or other services.

27. ASSIGNMENT
AllWideFeed may transfer or assign its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a corporate transaction, merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.
Users may not transfer their obligations under these Terms except as permitted by AllWideFeed and applicable law.
Account transfers are separately addressed in Section 3.

AllWideFeed may provide contact methods for customer support, legal notices, copyright matters, account issues, and other communications.

AllWideFeed may issue future versions, including Version 0.02, Version 0.03, Version 1.00, or later versions, as the platform, policies, features, and legal requirements develop.

30. ACCEPTANCE
By selecting “I Agree” during AllWideFeed account registration, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review these Terms and agree to be bound by them to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not select “I Agree,” create an account, or use AllWideFeed.
